Lori Venable, PA-C
Lori has extensive experience in urgent care and acute care medicine as she was involved in the start of the first urgent care clinic in Chico. She was the Medical Supervisor, Medical Assistant and limited X-ray Tech.
She went on to further her medical career and graduated from the Stanford Primary Care Associate program in 1996.
With her love and excitement for medicine she worked a variety of medical disciplines while continuing at Urgent Medical Clinic. She has experience in breast specialty, industrial medicine, primary care, and emergency medicine. Lori developed and opened multiple onsite medical clinics and performed medical clearance examinations for BCBH for many years. She was the Stanford Primary Care Associate Program Clinical Site Visitor for 3 years.
Lori believes that compassion, kindness and education is so important in Patient Care and she strives to provide that as she cares for her patients in Acute Care.
Lori enjoys teaching group exercise and helping people to become excited and committed to physical fitness. She loves spending time with her husband, family and friends.
