Patient Service Representatives are a crucial part of Lassen Medical Clinic. They serve as the first contact and often times create the most important impression with our patients. As a PSR (Patient Services Representative) you will be responsible for taking phone calls and interacting with our patients in a professional manner. This often includes scheduling and acting as a liaison between the patient and the Medical Assistant – Physician team to assist patients with referrals and prescription refills. These tasks are vital to our patient’s health and overall experience at Lassen Medical Clinic. In this position you will more than likely have a designated suite that you work in, but as we all know flexibility is a must.
