R.N. Clinical Manager Careers
The R.N Clinical Manager directly supervises the approximately 35 Clinic Medical Assistants. The Manager carries out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with the organizations polices and applicable laws. The position responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and addressing complaints and resolving employee problems in all aspects of their employment. The RN Clinical Manager works hand in hand with Dignity staff to ensure that all regulatory measures are being met by clinical staff. This position has a heavy emphasis on training and typically works Monday through Friday during the regularly scheduled clinic hours.
