Phlebotomy / Laboratory Staff Careers
Lassen Medical Clinic has a cutting edge laboratory. It is comprised of Clinical Lab Scientists, Medical Laboratory Technicians and Phlebotomists. Our Lab operates from 7am – 5pm Monday through Friday and averages 100 patients daily. This is a fast pace suite serving a crucial service to our community. Our CLS staff work with several analyzers and other equipment to provide timely and accurate lab results to our Providers and patients. Our Phlebotomists perform painless blood draws, and finger pricks on our adult and pediatric patients. Phlebotomists are responsible for properly labeling and documenting these tests accurately in our Electronic Medical Records.
