X-Ray Technician And Mammography Staff Careers
X-ray and Mammography staff provide support to our busy Providers and specialize in the operation or our x-ray and 3D mammography equipment. Our technicians are responsible to meet with patients, discuss their medical history and answer any questions they may have. They also position patients and equipment in a manner that protects patient safety and take images of all parts of the body as requested by the Provider. Afterwards, technicians may discuss the images with the ordering provider to determine if they are clear enough, or if more images are necessary for the provider to make a diagnosis and/or develop a treatment plan for the patient. Technicians also assist in maintaining x-ray equipment to ensure that it is in good working order. Our Clinic hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8am – 6pm.
