Jeonghoon Kim joined Lassen Medical Clinic in 2021. He graduated from Pusan National University School of Medicine in Busan, South Korea in 2015. Dr. Kim received a Citation from The Korean Academy of Medical Sciences on graduation. After that, he had worked as a general physician at Masan City Hospital for three years and then moved to the USA for residency training in pediatrics at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY in 2018 until 2021. During his residency, he experienced and dealt with the very first surge of the COVID-19 pandemic and received a Certificate of Courage in 2020. He also participated in education regarding children’s health during residency by visiting the local elementary school to teach students.
