Angelica Poole, MSN, AGNP-C
Angelica Poole is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and the newest primary care provider to join Lassen Medical Clinic. She holds a bachelors of science in Nursing and a master’s degree in Adult-Gerontology nursing from Texas Woman’s University in Houston. She has more than 8 years of nursing experience, most of it as a travel nurse in intermediate care, telemetry, cardiac stepdown, and medical-surgical settings. She is passionate about patient-centered preventative and chronic disease management for our adult and older adult population. Angelica is honored to serve the Red Bluff community and is committed to expanding access to quality primary care for patients and families in our rural area. Outside the clinic, Angelica enjoys international travel, fitness, exploring walking trails and live music.
