Lacy Hook, MSN, FNP-C
Lacy Hook is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in acute and chronic care management, women’s health, mental health, and endocrine-related conditions such as diabetes and osteoporosis. She currently practices at Lassen Medical Clinic, where she delivers comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. Her services include preventive physicals, addiction treatment, and minor procedures.
Lacy earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College and completed an advanced specialty in Endocrinology at Duke University. She has also held key leadership roles, including Director of ICU and Respiratory Services at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital. Certified in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), she is widely recognized for her clinical leadership and compassionate approach to care.
Outside the clinic, Lacy enjoys team roping, scuba diving, and spending time on her family’s ranch.
