Dr. Gurshan Sandhu earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, Grenada, and completed further training at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in New York. He possesses a robust background in family and community medicine, along with a dedication to preventive care and community health. In addition, Dr. Sandhu served at several medical centers across New York CIty at the epicenter of the Covid pandemic.
He has also actively participated in current medical research and public health initiatives, including breast cancer detection utilizing AI technology, electronic medical record optimization, and enhancing access to healthcare in underserved regions.
Furthermore, Dr. Sandhu has volunteered in rural medicine clinics and youth education programs across the Caribbean, India, and the United States. He places significant emphasis on cultivating strong, trusting relationships with his patients to provide them with quality care.
