Midlevel Providers

Red Oaks Medical Group, Inc. is currently seeking multiple midlevel providers to provide full-time Walk-in/Acute Care medical services to patients in our clinical settings in Cottonwood, CA and Red Bluff, CA.

The minimum entry requirements for the Family Nurse Practitioner position are graduation from a Master’s program in Nursing, eligibility for a California FNP license, registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration, and eligibility for reimbursement from the Medicare/Medicaid programs. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

The minimum entry requirements for the Physician’s Assistant position are an academic degree and completion of a specialized Physician Assistant training program. Must be eligible for a California PA license, registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration, and eligibility for reimbursement from the Medicare/Medicaid programs. Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
